I went to Shottenkirk Honda dealership for some routine maintenance (oil change, transmission fluid change, brake fluid flush). They did not try to upsell me on services i didn’t need, only what was necessary. Also, I had a problem with my A/C system, and the service advisor Kevin informed me that a leaky seal might be covered under a manufacturer warranty. After I had just spent hundreds on the routine maintenance, I really appreciate that he helped me save some money instead of charging me more for the A/C. Because of this, I will be returning to this dealership the next time I need maintenance. I also appreciate that on my second day there when it took longer, the dealership provided a ride for me to-and-from a shopping center nearby; so i was able to get lunch and do some errands while I waited.

Shottenkirk service department was very fast I got there at 4:30pm and my car was done with service within 20 minutes I highly recommend Shottenkirk for service and best dealership ever been people who work there really helpful

Davis started out our car buying experience with ease and so much knowledge. Very straightforward and easy to work with. Once we came close to an agreeable amount, Chandler sealed the deal perfectly! Mike did an amazing job with our financing and really making sure we understood all the different ins and outs of the protection plans. We have to mention Jason completing the final touches on the sale. Very professional all the way around. We had such a great experience here working with Logan! We worked our deal from another state with ease and then drove down to buy it. They beat other dealerships deals and made this such a smooth process to trade our vehicle and get into our new one! Their pricing and trade allowance were fair and to top it all off, they were so so patient and kind to my kiddos while we were at the dealership! That meant so much!
